What is Personal Fitness?
Is it being able to run a Marathon? Having the body of a God or Goddess? No it is making the very best of what you have; could be great legs, shapely ankles, perfect posture, hour-glass figure. The biggest barrier to getting fitter and healthier is generally what goes on in our heads. So the greatest asset you have to achieving the best shape for you is your mind. A healthy mindset will make you more inclined to exercise and keep it up and being positive and making that first tentative step can lead to so much more....

Posture and Flexibility Exercises
Often overlooked by even the most ardent exerciser and it is the key to Personal Fitness. Being flexible will keep you younger and more agile being able to continue with normal everyday tasks for many years to come. Good posture automatically promotes a great feeling, you look confident and walking tall gets you noticed. You will very quickly see and feel the difference of lengthening and stretching those muscles.
Regular stretching increases flexibility, encouraging correct alignment when exercising and more effective routines.
- Stretching helps you look taller and lithe.
- Flexibility helps you remain injury free.
- Stretching relaxes and reduces tension in the Body & Mind.
Core and More Exercises
A strong core is a must for all-round fitness. Core is the latest buzz word for the deep muscles of our tummy and back; without a strong core we can’t perform at our best in exercise or everyday life. Time spent on these muscles can help prevent back problems, increase your overall strength and dramatically improve your posture. Staying aware of your core during the day will improve your posture and digestion and give you a better connection with your body.
A combination of all these exercises or a selection is available to you? You just need to set your mind to it and your Personal Fitness can only improve!
